Who We Are
Balboa Management Group provides full-service management to community associations in Southern California.
We have a combined average of 17 years in the business of managing community associations. Our managers have at least five years experience managing community associations.
Antoinette Stratton has managed residential and commercial property for over 22 years including rental property and community associations. She has her CCAM California Certified Association Manager with a designation in New Development and is currently working on her management certification (CMCA).
Aza Ingraham has managed residential and commercial property for over 30 years.
Angela Mazi has been managing community associations exclusively for over 6 years.
